Lutz Concrete Construction is locally owned and operated. The owner of Lutz Concrete Construction, Jamie, started working within the concrete business in 1989. In 1994 Lutz Concrete Construction was started and then in 1998 expanded & built at its current location in Shippenville, PA. We have offered traditional concrete place and finish of concrete for over 20 years, but not limited to just concrete. We offer site preparation, full excavation for driveways, building lot and complete site foundation work. We are a registered concrete construction contractor through the state of PA (PA #0005740).
